Supply Chain Buyer/Planner
W3Global is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Buyer/Planner to join their team and drive excellence in procurement and supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and planning production schedules to ensure seamless supply chain flow.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies for raw materials, components, and finished goods, ensuring alignment with production schedules and business needs
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery terms, contracts, and service agreements that maximize value and minimize costs
Monitor inventory levels through materials management practices and implement inventory control measures to prevent shortages or excess stock
Coordinate with production planning teams to align procurement activities with manufacturing schedules using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools
Manage logistics and transportation arrangements to ensure timely delivery of materials while optimizing costs and service quality
Conduct market research for sourcing opportunities in e-commerce channels or alternative suppliers to enhance supply chain resilience
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, pricing agreements, and supplier performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel
5+ years of experience in purchasing, buying and/or planning
Strong understanding of materials management, inventory control, logistics, and supply chain management principles
Demonstrated ability in purchasing negotiations, contract management, and sourcing strategies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong supplier relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred
Knowledge of procurement processes related to merchandising and e-commerce operations is desirable
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
