Outside Sales Representative / Business Development Manager (Hunter Role)
TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a relentless sales professional to drive business development in the Raleigh market. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their territory, focusing on cold outreach and building relationships to close deals effectively.
Responsibilities
Execute a high volume of daily activities (calls, emails, and physical door-pulling) to build a robust pipeline in the Greater Raleigh / Research Triangle area
Actively network within the local business community to generate referrals and brand awareness
Manage the full sales cycle from cold start to close with a consistent sense of urgency
Diagnose complex client problems and create unique, value-driven solutions
Maintain impeccable records in our CRM, utilizing tasks and reminders to ensure no lead falls through the cracks
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in B2B sales (Hunter mentality required)
Strong presence in the Raleigh-Durham market
Ability to self-manage and prioritize time effectively
Tech-savvy (CRM experience, social selling, digital tools)
