Client Development Representative

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and engage new prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
Conduct targeted prospecting within assigned territories to feed the Outside Sales funnel
Perform research using tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Google, and industry resources to identify ideal customer profiles and buyer personas
Respond quickly to inbound leads from Marketing campaigns and website inquiries
Qualify prospects by understanding their goals, challenges, timelines, and buying authority
Clearly articulate Veriforce’s value proposition tailored to each role, use case, or industry
Generate interest, handle early-stage objections, and educate prospects on our platform and services
Schedule high‑quality introductory discovery/qualification meetings for Outside Sales
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on territory plans, campaign execution, and go‑to‑market initiatives
Log all activities, notes, and prospect intelligence in Salesforce to ensure high‑quality data and visibility for the broader team
Participate in weekly planning and review sessions with the Sales Development Manager
Participate in weekly pipeline‑generation syncs with Sales & Marketing
Participate in territory or vertical strategy calls as needed
Meet or exceed monthly qualified meeting and opportunity quotas

Required

Strong communication skills, curiosity, and resilience
Ability to build rapport quickly and ask great discovery questions

Preferred

Previous SDR or sales experience a plus, but not required
