Responsibilities
GEHC ONLY - Client-facing individual responsible for the delivery of consultancy services at a client site(s)
Champion customer clinical and operational outcomes and success in patient monitoring, ensuring customers fully realize the value of our monitoring ecosystem by optimizing workflow adoption, driving clinical effectiveness, reducing alarm fatigue, and enabling continuous, data‑driven patient oversight through proactive partnership and strategic engagement
Typically a 2nd line manager with senior professional direct reports. Has the ability to attract and retain talent. Often manages medium to large teams. Developing expertise in own function. May include roles that are experts in their discipline, providing professional or thought leadership . Influences policy and strategy, and ensures delivery within the area of responsibility, linking with other parts of the organization
Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process
Leads others to find creative solutions within complex commercial processes with technical variety and/or interdependent cycles. Employs sophisticated operational, commercial and product management techniques. Interaction with adjacent functions needed to solve issues. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision
Shape the strategy and direction of patient monitoring delivery across GEHC, while managing resources and budgets to ensure successful program execution
Apply expert knowledge to define technical and professional approaches that set GEHC apart in the market
Integrate knowledge across commercial, operational, and customer domains to support strategic goals and also inform how we develop and deploy standard work
Maintain strong awareness of healthcare industry trends, consolidation dynamics, and competitive pressures
Apply advanced analytical judgment to interpret performance metrics, using complex data analysis, KPIs, reporting, and stakeholder engagement data
May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Presents business or technical discipline solutions to leaders. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree OR high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience
Ability to travel 50% of the time
Preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
