Responsibilities
Providing day-to-day legal support to business teams and developing strategies for handling legal issues in creative, efficient, and business-centric ways
Helping your business teams launch new features and product categories
Serving as lead counsel in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Resolving issues arising in existing commercial relationships, and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries
Qualification
Required
5+ years of legal experience
Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
Preferred
Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy, and bias prevention
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
Experience in transactional work, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts or equivalent
Experience working cross functionally across several teams
Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings
