They are seeking a Digital Gaming Accountant to perform complex reconciliations of financial and gaming data, manage digital instant lottery ticket settlements, and maintain financial records in the NCEL database.

Responsibilities

Performs daily reconciliation of all Digital instant games between ICS, D365, NeoSphere and SAS reports
Tracks all over $600 digital instant winners
Prepares reports for ending digital instant games and provides an analysis of net sales, prize expense, prize liability, prizes paid, and the return to education
Responsible for the creation and reconciliation of the weekly digital instant invoices and payments
Make all digital instant promotional journal entries in D365. Track all digital instant promotions
Verifies weekly amount due from third-party vendor and notifies Cash Management
Serves as backup for Retail Accountant and Gaming Financial Analyst duties

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field and 3 years of experience
Knowledge of Accounting Procedures and Practices, including U.S. GAAP and Fraud rules
Knowledge of Accounting Software Systems – Microsoft Dynamics D365 preferred
Skill in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Attention to detail
