Responsibilities
Conduct daily quality assurance reviews of loans recorded in the originating loan systems (ACBS, IBS, SBA, ASPIRE), verifying accuracy against executed documentation such as attorney-prepared Credit Agreements, Notes, Lease Agreements, and other relevant documents within the established 10-day service level agreement (SLA). Ensure data integrity, promptly identify discrepancies, and submit errors for correction in a timely manner
Review and validate maintenance changes made to the loan systems post-booking and funding, within a 5-day service level agreement (SLA), ensuring that all modifications are supported by appropriate documentation and comply with internal procedures, while maintaining a
Additional in-office duties would consist of the issuance of cashier checks to other Loan Operation team members, the review of executed documents received from our LOB partners for Fast Track Loans, as well submitting the final executed packages to our Collateral Team for scanning
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Attorney Prepared Loan Documents (Reading and Interpreting Lending Terminology)
Loan System Knowledge (ACBS, IBS, Aspire, SBA) a plus
