Responsibilities
Supply packaging lines with materials and components to maintain uninterrupted production
Organize, stage, and restock packaging supplies as needed
Assist with room clearances, campaign and full cleanings, and changeovers
Clean packaging equipment and parts according to SOPs, cGMP, and FDA standards
Support equipment setup and breakdown to reduce downtime between batches
Assist with parts washing and pump washing
Follow work orders, batch records, and packaging specifications accurately
Perform general packaging support tasks as assigned
Comply with all safety, quality, and plant procedures
Work closely with Packaging Technicians and Supervisors in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Preferred
Pharma or regulated manufacturing experience preferred
