Capitol Broadcasting Company is introducing the Zebulon baseball team, which will join the Coastal Plain League in 2026. They are seeking motivated trainees for their Baseball & Facility Operations Summer Intern program, where responsibilities include assisting with facility maintenance, game-day setups, and other operational tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist with all facility maintenance, acting as the lead assistant to the Manger of Operations

Assist with Set up and tear down of the field for games, practices, and other on field activities

Set up and break down game-day areas, including concourse tables, signage, and concession spaces

Assist with post-game meal organization and execution

Assist with team laundry and locker room setup as needed

Assist with monitoring cleanliness throughout the seating bowl, concourse, restrooms, perimeter, and group and hospitality areas

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Motivated and dedicated trainees looking to begin or continue their careers in the sports industry

Open to college students and recent college graduates

Ability to work all home games, some non-game day events, and office requirements
