Responsibilities
Serve as a senior analyst supporting Epicor ERP, Hyperion, NetSuite, and other financial reporting/consolidation platforms like A2Z, Salesforce Etc
Analyze and stabilize manual processes, identifying opportunities for automation and system optimization
Own and support system integrations, reconciliation, and data validation between ERP and reporting tools
Partner with Finance to ensure accurate financial data flow and reporting
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across multiple systems
Support SOX compliance, including ITGCs, application controls, and audit evidence preparation
Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation (process flows, narratives, control descriptions)
Act as a key liaison during internal and external audit teams
Lead functional analysis for enhancements, upgrades, and fixes; support UAT and deployments
Work closely with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve system issues and improve processes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst supporting ERP and financial systems
Strong hands-on experience with any ERP and familiarity with ERP processes, preferred Epicor and at least one of the following: Hyperion, NetSuite, OneStream
Strong ability to learn new systems and processes
Experience working in a SOX-compliant, heavily audited environment
Solid understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Close & Reporting)
Experience building and modifying integrations built using API and other file transfer protocols
Experience working with middleware's and other API tools to create new integrations
Experience supporting systems integrations and process support
Strong documentation, process-mapping, and communication skills
Preferred
Preferred Epicor or other ERP experience
Experience in multi-entity or acquired-company environments
Exposure to system decommissioning, data archiving, or ERP modernization initiatives
Familiarity with automation or integration tools (API, Gen AI, FTP)
ERP or financial systems certifications (Epicor, NetSuite, Hyperion, OneStream)
