Remote Sales Specialist

Responsibilities
Present and sell life and health insurance policies via virtual consultations
Contact warm leads who’ve requested information—no cold prospecting
Provide excellent client service and ongoing support
Join regular Zoom-based training and mentorship calls
Follow our proven sales system for consistent results
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable
Tech-savvy (CRM experience is helpful)
High integrity and strong work ethic
To get started, you'll need a Life and Health Insurance License
Preferred
Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience is a plus—but not required
