Responsibilities
Design and develop ThoughtSpot Worksheets, Liveboards, Pinboards, and Sigma Dashboards/Workbooks
Build interactive, self-service analytics with strong focus on usability and performance
Implement data modeling, join logic, and semantic layer configurations
Optimize dashboard performance, query response times, and compute usage
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries including CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning
Develop Python scripts for data transformations, reporting automation, and API integrations (ThoughtSpot/Sigma APIs)
Perform data ingestion, validation, and transformation tasks
Collaborate with data engineering teams on ETL/ELT pipeline design and optimization
Ensure data quality, lineage, and consistency across analytics layers
Implement data security best practices including row-level security, RBAC, and workspace governance
Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives
Prepare documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and end-user training
Apply strong analytical skills to translate business needs into effective dashboards and insights
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
