EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT, Office of the President
Boston University is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the President. The role involves managing complex travel arrangements, coordinating information across campus offices, and supporting the President’s initiatives while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for on- and off-campus meetings. Responsible for coordinating transportation requests with the university drivers
Collaborate with staff across multiple campus offices to gather and synthesize information and prepare briefing materials for the President
Manage a small team of students who support the President’s day-to-day meetings and assist members of the President’s team with events and projects
Research, proofread, edit, and format sensitive reports and presentation materials for the President, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. Support Executive Director of Presidential Engagement with correspondence as needed including phone coverage, mail, and email communications and tracking
Provide coverage for other team members as needed and perform additional duties as assigned by the President or designated representatives. This includes providing coverage when the other EA is out of the office, managing the President’s calendar, scheduling and confirming appointments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3-7 years of experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and integrity
Adaptability and flexibility to pivot between urgent tasks and changing priorities
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
