Responsibilities
Execute and submit compliance documentation for tax abatement agreements and EIA reporting with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across site operations, HR, and legal teams to obtain necessary supporting documentation
Execute operational SOX testing and support fixed asset and inventory assessments
Track abatement terms, deadlines, and submission requirements to ensure timely filings
Ensure all filings meet federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and deadlines
Maintain organized records of all submitted documentation and correspondence
Track filing status and maintain submission logs
Serve as primary contact for routine inquiries from tax authorities regarding filed documents
Support audit requests by retrieving and organizing historical filing records
Additional compliance and accounting processes as assigned
Qualification
Required
0 - 5 years of experience in compliance, tax, or regulatory reporting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders across various teams
Experience with operational SOX testing and fixed asset assessments
Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
Organizational skills to maintain records and logs of submissions
Ability to serve as a primary contact for inquiries from tax authorities
Experience in supporting audit requests and organizing historical records
