Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) for assigned therapeutic areas acting as the main point of contact for the end-to-end PRC processes and driving awareness and expectations of the PRC SOP with all applicable PRC stakeholders
Utilize the online review system (Veeva PromoMats) to route and manage promotional materials throughout the materials’ lifecycle
Conduct preliminary reviews of materials to ensure they meet the established criteria for PRC review
Facilitate weekly live PRC meetings; create and distribute agenda, capture consensus comments from the review team during live discussion
Manage the review calendar to meet prioritization needs and submission deadlines
Lead weekly planning and forecasting meetings to ensure PRC teams have visibility into review volume, material prioritization, and stakeholder availability
Partner with PRC stakeholders to advise on prioritization during high submission volume activities (e.g., sales meetings, label updates) and any additional project assistance as needed
Responsible for reviewing materials in an Approved with Changes state in PromoMats to ensure all requested changes by the PRC Reviewers have been incorporated
Assist with preparing and pushing promotional materials to CRM for use by the Sales teams
Spearhead, manage, or participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives to drive PRC efficiencies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science/ Bachelor of Arts or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 6 – 8 years (w/o Master's) or 4 – 6 years (with Master's) of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
Experience with PRC review process
Proven ability to run large meetings and accurately take notes
Proven track record of effectively collaborating with and supporting Marketing and Sales teams
Effective time management and organization skills
Ability to multi-task under limited direction and on own initiative
Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information with the ability to exercise discretion and show good judgment; honesty, integrity, and trust building behaviors in all dealings is essential and required
Must have excellent customer-service orientation, high degree of professionalism, and ability to work with limited direction
Daily demonstrates a positive, ‘can do' and service-oriented attitude
Strong oral and written communicator; detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
Skilled in developing collaborative internal and external relationships
Strong PC experience and demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
