Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, global technology programs integrating Salesforce (CRM) and SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
Coordinate between Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to ensure technical requirements for pricing models and contract management align with Wiley’s business goals
Oversee the data flow and technical architecture between Salesforce and SAP to ensure quote-to-cash accuracy and data integrity
Champion the adoption of Salesforce Agent force and AI-powered tools within the CPQ workflow to reduce quote handling times and increase ROI
Identify opportunities to automate manual sales tasks and standardize templates for vendor support and rebate management
Qualification
Required
Must have 15+ years of experience with strong background on Salesforce/ SAP/CPQ
Significant experience at least 15+ years strong experience with program management, specifically on Salesforce/ SAP/CPQ
Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud and their integration with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP modules
Proficiency in Agile/SAFe methodologies to manage global, multi-site project deliveries
Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead technical teams through complex digital transformations
