Responsibilities
Handle all phases of insurance litigation, from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and prepare written analysis
Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and support staff
Manage cases independently while contributing to team-based matters
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant litigation experience
Active admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
Preferred
Insurance coverage experience is a plus, but not required
Admission to the New York Bar is a plus
