Responsibilities

Work within the Advisory practice servicing both corporate and private equity clients; Work will include readiness and diligence services pre-close through transaction integration and execution
Lead and manage challenging due diligence engagements and participate in transactions related to the acquisitions and divestitures by private equity investor groups and other buyers and sellers
Utilize proven business development skills to identify and land new engagements
Lead and motivate staff members

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of related work experience: with at least 5 years of experience in financial due diligence, preferably with a CPA firm
Successful track record of building this line of business
Experience servicing private equity groups
Experience developing and supervising staff
Skilled at identifying client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships and understanding the client's business
Current with the Transaction and Advisory Services industry
High degree of integrity and confidentiality
Ability to travel occasionally, locally and nationally
