Provide legal advice on procedural requirements related to permitting or licensing activities
Negotiate environmental enforcement cases
Qualification
Required
Admission to Ohio Bar pursuant to Section 4705.01 of Revised Code
12 months experience as a licensed attorney
6 months experience in employee training & development
Preferred
ENVIRONMENTAL LAW/EDUCATION PREFERRED
