Responsibilities
Define, manage, and guide a portfolio encompassing software development, threat reduction, and regulatory compliance work, ensuring all programs align with coherent engineering and product strategies to achieve business impact
Hold direct responsibility for the planning and execution of specific programs within the portfolio, driving timely delivery, fostering efficient collaboration, and ensuring clear accountability across company-wide networks
Implement and lead a governance structure and reliable cadence for executive decision-making, program reviews, prioritization, and efficient Resource Stewardship (including machine and people resources), while effectively exposing and mitigating dependencies
Develop and execute comprehensive communication standards across the program portfolio, including tailored communications for executives and key partners, to ensure transparency and alignment
Identify and implement change management opportunities that increase program velocity and enhance efficiency and utilization across multiple teams and the broader organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in Technical Program Management
Preferred
Experience in outcome-focused program management, emphasizing resilience, risk management, and end-to-end accountability
Ability to build stakeholder relationships and navigate organizational incentives to drive alignment on shared goals
Ability to anticipate future business needs and potential issues while maintaining the capability to execute effectively at a tactical level
Ability to navigate controversial issues and maintain momentum in driving program progress regardless of obstacles or resistance
Ability to earn trust and collaborate effectively on the technical aspects of program risk, schedule, and scope
Excellent communication skills with clearly articulating ideas to various audiences and speaking candidly with executives
