Responsibilities
Supports the development, planning, and execution of a comprehensive research and development program at the CERL and ERDC levels
Provides technical guidance and assists research teams in understanding program requirements, review processes, and priorities
Serves as a key liaison with ERDC's Technical Directors, Associate Technical Directors, and Program Managers
Acts on behalf of the OSE-TD in their absence, performs special assignments, and contributes to laboratory and ERDC-level strategic planning to ensure the continued success and impact of the OSE portfolio
