Manage and support day-to-day security operations and incident resolution
Administer and optimize Palo Alto firewalls and related platforms
Support cloud security initiatives across Azure and AWS
Collaborate on security policy changes and operational improvements
Assist with automation and scripting to improve efficiency
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in IT, network, or cybersecurity roles
Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewall technologies
Experience with cloud security (Azure, AWS)
Exposure to Ansible, Python, Terraform, or similar scripting tools
Security certifications such as Security+, PCNSA, CCNA, or Azure Security Engineer
