Responsibilities
Independently plan and conduct internal system audits and external GxP supplier audits
Interpret and apply regulatory requirements, quality policies, and compliance guidelines
Maintain approved supplier lists and global audit schedules
Analyze audit metrics and present quality trends to leadership
Recommend corrective actions to resolve quality and regulatory compliance issues
Provide training and guidance on GxP regulations to auditors and functional teams
Support regulatory inspections and external customer audits
Develop and maintain departmental procedures, systems, and controlled records
Lead cross-functional quality initiatives and mentor junior auditors
Escalate compliance risks and quality issues to management as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or engineering
Five to seven years of experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or regulated manufacturing
Thorough understanding of global GxP regulations including Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, and Good Clinical Practices
Strong auditing, documentation, and compliance leadership experience
Preferred
Professional certification such as Certified Quality Auditor or Certified Quality Manager
Prior laboratory or supplier quality auditing experience
Experience mentoring quality or compliance team members
