Responsibilities
ACCE (Aspen tech) that can develop an estimate on their own and ITPlus cost estimating experience
Experience for an owner and experience in the early conceptual estimating phase
LNG experience is beneficial but not required
Skills to negotiate and broker successful solutions between Internal Coordination parties above
Advanced level proficiency in Cost Estimating, Project Planning and Project Controls
Strong Influencing, consulting, mentoring, analytical, and computing skills
Adaptability to changing priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to organize, plan, control, coordinate, and effectively manage cross-functional activities
Experience in the project development space not just execution; needs ability to build estimates in the early phases pre-full funding and in the conceptual stage
Experience working for an owner or in the owner space (not just EPC experience there isn’t owners cost associated)
Good communication skills and able to explain and document work
Ability to learn quickly our in-house estimating tool (similar to Aspen Tech)
Qualification
Required
ACCE (Aspen tech) that can develop an estimate on their own and ITPlus cost estimating experience
Experience for an owner and experience in the early conceptual estimating phase
Bachelor's degree in Engineering within discipline or equivalent professional experience
Previous experience in a closely related position
Skills to negotiate and broker successful solutions between Internal Coordination parties above
Advanced level proficiency in Cost Estimating, Project Planning and Project Controls
Strong Influencing, consulting, mentoring, analytical, and computing skills
Adaptability to changing priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to organize, plan, control, coordinate, and effectively manage cross-functional activities
