Collections Administrative Support Specialist- Hybrid

Responsibilities

Pull and send invoice copies, ad hoc invoices, and contract documents
Submit credit memos, including late fees and finance charge adjustments
Update and maintain accurate customer contact information
Reassign accounts in Salesforce and ensure records are current
Process and post dated R12 payments on a daily basis
Notify Account Managers of end-of-lease activity as needed
Perform monthly "admin scrub" to confirm accurate administrative assignments
Support additional administrative tasks as directed by management
Work across multiple systems to complete daily tasks efficiently
Maintain accuracy, organization, and high-quality output in a fast-paced environment

Required

HS Diploma/GED required
2–3 years of administrative experience, ideally in a business, operations, finance, or support environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management and multi-tasking skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and adapting quickly to shifting priorities
Quality-driven, reliable, and able to maintain accuracy across repetitive or high-volume tasks
Tech-savvy and confident navigating multiple systems
Communicates clearly and professionally with internal teams (e.g., Account Managers, Collections, Operations)
Proactive, resourceful, and able to ask clarifying questions to ensure accuracy
Works well independently with limited oversight, while also being a collaborative team player
Thrives in structured work and enjoys process-driven tasks
Flexible and open to supporting new business areas as the organization evolves

Preferred

BA/BS preferred
familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus)
