Responsibilities
Month End Close : drive an efficient, standard and scalable month end close process. It will be critical to ensure all journal entries are approved, account reconciliations are completed and reviewed, appropriate reserves have been vetted, financial statements are published in an accurate and timely manner, and variances to budget explained
Working Capital: significant focus on cash, expenditure approval and trade working capital to maximize free cash flow opportunities. Develop 13-week cash forecast and manage critical working capital KPIs to ensure strong cash conversion
Accounting Processes: continue developing, improving and successfully rolling-out financial policies and procedures supporting company growth
Technical Accounting : monitor FASB accounting pronouncements as they impact a change in practice or have a financial impact on the Company's consolidated financial statements
Budget and Forecasting : lead the preparation of the annual budget, mid-year re-forecasting and other financial analysis as required
Tax Compliance : oversee our tax compliance team that ensures all payroll tax is paid and tax returns are filed timely
Treasury : oversee Treasury operations that ensure all payroll direct deposits and client invoice payments are processed timely and reconciled
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
Preferred
Private Equity Owned Company experience a plus
