Responsibilities
P&L Management, including Budgeting, Forecasting
Perform comprehensive financial analysis and evaluation of CCX initiatives, including paid media spend and media channel performance to identify risks and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing to gather data and insights for analysis. Proactively identify opportunities & provide recommendations
Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support informed decision-making
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Finance, accounting, or a related field
7-9 years Relevant experience
Experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate accounting
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to exercise business judgment and effectively communicate with management. (High proficiency)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks. (High proficiency)
Comfortable working with assumptions and imperfect data. (High proficiency)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (High proficiency)
Strong verbal and written communication skills. (High proficiency)
High level of curiosity and relationship oriented (High proficiency)
Preferred
Background in marketing or digital analytics role
Familiarity with industry-leading tools such as BI Tools, Tableau, Cognos, Snowflake. (Medium proficiency)
