Rental Coordinator
Ohio CAT is a division of Ohio Machinery Co that focuses on providing products and solutions for various industries. They are seeking a Rental Coordinator to be the primary contact for customers, sales personnel, and other company personnel, coordinating rental sales and support services for the branch equipment rental fleet.

Coordinating rental sales/support services
Communication and information flow for the branch equipment rental fleet
Determining customer rental needs
Handling all corresponding rental reservations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent computer skills – MS Office proficiency required
Must understand and be able to effectively explain the company's LDW policy
Must understand and be able to effectively communicate equipment applications and key performance specifications
Understands usage and applications of all rental equipment and services offered
Must have thorough knowledge of 'common' equipment failure problems and how to resolve them
Must recognize the difference between similar products and the advantages/disadvantages of applications
Must have working knowledge of construction phases to properly advise applications
Strong customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
Preferred
Three years' experience in customer service, preferred experience in the heavy equipment and/or equipment rental industry
