This role will oversee all aspects of program delivery, including technology, operations, implementations, product, and coordinate with legal, control and cyber partners.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the lockbox system implementation and client onboarding program
Establish and manage the PMO, including program governance, reporting, and documentation
Develop and maintain the integrated program plan, timelines, and budgets
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, steering committee, and key stakeholders
Facilitate regular status meetings, executive updates, and steering committee sessions
Ensure alignment across technology, operations, implementations, legal, control and cybersecurity teams
Proactively identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues
Develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues as needed
Implement and manage change control processes for scope, schedule, and budget
Ensure all changes are documented, communicated, and approved
Monitor program deliverables for quality, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or related field
10+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in financial services or payments
Proven track record managing large, complex, cross-functional programs
Experience with technology implementations, operations transformation, and client onboarding
Strong knowledge of program governance, PMO best practices, and executive reporting
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred
