7+ years expCrystal Clean Auto Detailing is seeking an experienced and high-energy Director of Operations to lead daily operations across multiple Michigan locations. The Director of Operations will drive operational excellence, support growth strategy, and ensure strong performance through disciplined planning, people leadership, and financial accountability.

Responsibilities
Manage labor planning, staffing structure, workforce capacity, and productivity targets
Lead daily operational performance across all locations to ensure efficiency, quality, throughput, and service excellence
Standardize processes, improve workflow, and identify inefficiencies or gaps across the business
Monitor financial performance including labor costs, supplies, margins, and P&L by location; support budgeting and forecasting
Develop supervisors and managers through coaching, accountability, and leadership support
Support strategic planning and execution around growth, expansion, and dealership partnerships
Foster a strong culture of ownership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience as an Operations Director or in a senior Operations leadership role
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex Operations challenges
A minimum of 7 years of progressive Operations leadership experience
Preferred
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
Automotive services or dealership environment experience is helpful, but not required
Experience leading growth or expansion initiatives
Experience developing operational systems, dashboards, and reporting
