Responsibilities
Assist Sales Consultants with test drive prep and guest appointments
Engage guests by demonstrating vehicle features and technology in a clear, friendly way
Accompany or lead guest test drives when needed
Stage and inspect vehicles for delivery (fuel, cleanliness, documentation)
Review delivery checklists with guests and activate vehicle technology
Follow up with guests post-delivery to ensure satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
