New Grad, Entry LevelCampbell County Health (CCH) is a comprehensive healthcare system serving northeast Wyoming. They are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to administer nursing care in an outpatient facility or clinic under supervision, including patient assessments and basic medical care.

Responsibilities
Performs patient assessment and documents in patient record
Utilizes the nursing process to adapt interventions to meet age-appropriate care, including physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs, in collaboration with other members of the health care team
Implements and evaluates care interventions, delegates appropriately and ensures documentation of interventions
Evaluates progress towards the prescribed plan of care and coordinates care with clinic providers and intervenes as necessary
Educates patient and families regarding current health status, plan of care, and anticipated outcomes
Ensures superior ongoing patient satisfaction and customer service
Demonstrates efficient time management and prioritization skills
Maintains professional standards related to clinical practice, staffing and continuing education
Practices fiscal responsibility and accountability
Maintains a clean and safe environment
May be required to work in other clinic environments according to distribution of staff and patient loads
Complies with the hospital’s Corporate Compliance Program including, but not limited to, the Code of Conduct, laws and regulations, and hospital and Campbell County Clinic policies and procedures
Must be free from governmental sanctions involving health care and/or financial practices
Other duties as assigned. This list is non-exhaustive
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Wyoming LPN license

Preferred
Experience in ambulatory clinic nursing preferred
