Responsibilities
Perform application development supporting total lifecycle management and operations utilizing Kinetic platform
Plan, test and implement major upgrades
Perform local customizations and system enhancements necessary to meet business needs
Work with a team of experienced software engineers to automate business processes and perform Operations and Maintenance (O&M) on existing applications
Perform daily system checks, application configurations, vendor updates, respond to customer requests and ensure security best practices and compliance with Information Assurance standards
Interface with other team members to ensure cross-platform compatibility and standardization
De-conflict requests/requirements
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
DoD 8570 Level II Certification, such as CompTIA Security+ CE or higher, required
6+ months of professional experience in the required task area
Knowledge of various application technologies including React, Tomcat, HTML, JavaScript / JQuery, Ruby, Node.js, REST APIs, PostgreSQL required
Knowledge of Kinetic Platform required
Must be a US citizen
Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance
Preferred
Associate's Degree in technology or other relevant discipline preferred
Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time
