Change Coordinator

Responsibilities
Track all current and future engineering changes (both permanent and temporary), manage PTR schedule with plant buildability (production)
Order PTR material, ensure timely delivery and clear material labeling
Assist with receipt of PTR material and coordinate delivery to appropriate plant location
Support plant engineering change coordinator to ensure appropriate timing for part changes
Ensure robust PTR status communication through various channels
Work closely with quality, design, supplier engineering throughout PTR process
Review BTAB and supplier tooling changes, manage PTR process as required
Assess supplier schedules and impact on vehicle assembly production
Position is responsible for supporting relationship management with logistic suppliers and service providers
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Supply Chain experience
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage large volume of time-sensitive tasks
Process oriented with focus on continuous improvement
Computer skills, MS office, proficiency in Excel
High level interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Preferred
Proficient in MGO System
Quality engineering experience and/or education highly preferred
Bachelor's degree
GMS experience
Knowledge of quality control procedures
