This role focuses on business process analysis, requirements definition, system migration, and testing support for a workflow-driven application.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation for a system modernization initiative
Analyze current-state processes, workflows, and data structures and define future-state requirements
Conduct gap analysis between existing functionality and redesigned system capabilities
Translate business and regulatory needs into clear, actionable functional requirements
Collaborate daily with technical leadership to support iterative development and validation
Support reporting and analytics requirements, including historical and future data alignment
Develop testing artifacts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Provide regular status updates, risk identification, and issue tracking to leadership
Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions
Document workflows, data fields, business rules, and system behaviors
Maintain requirements documentation and traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Support form redesign, workflow logic definition, email/PDF automation requirements, and reporting needs
Identify compliance gaps, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Assist with test planning, test case development, execution tracking, and validation
Produce clear weekly status reports including progress, risks, and next steps
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting system or application initiatives
Strong experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, gap analysis, and testing
Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies
Experience creating process maps, functional specifications, and traceability matrices
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and facilitation)
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Experience with workflow or form-based platforms
Exposure to reporting or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
Familiarity with automation or workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate or equivalents)
Experience working in regulated or compliance-focused environments
Prior experience supporting system migrations or re-platforming initiatives
