Responsibilities
Edit long-form video content including podcast episodes, interviews, and narrative-driven pieces
Edit short-form video content for social platforms in vertical, horizontal, and square formats
Produce 60–90 second promotional “bumpers” for podcast guests and episodes
Apply sound design, music, titles, captions, and light motion graphics while maintaining brand consistency
Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently and accurately
Work in person with producers, videographers, and marketing team members
Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Use a project management platform to track tasks, timelines, revisions, and deliverables
Maintain organized project files, media assets, and archives
Communicate clearly on project status, priorities, and timelines
Support occasional on-site video capture when needed, including behind-the-scenes or supplemental footage
Assist with basic still photography to support content and marketing initiatives, as needed
Collaborate with production team on shot coverage and content needs when participating in capture
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of professional video editing experience, including long-form and short-form content
Proven experience editing content for social media and digital platforms
Strong portfolio demonstrating: Long-form edits, Short-form social clips, Vertical and horizontal video formats
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional editing software
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage feedback and revisions
Ability to work full-time, on-site in a collaborative team environment
Comfort using project management tools to track and organize work
Preferred
Basic motion graphics or After Effects experience
Experience working within a brand, agency, or production environment
