This role will focus on developing intelligent, context-aware, and scalable AI systems leveraging modern NLP, LLMs, and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities
Design and develop ML and NLP models for structured and unstructured data
Build embedding-based intelligence using transformer models
Implement model training, fine-tuning, and inference workflows
Apply statistical and ML techniques to solve complex business problems
Develop LLM-powered applications including:
Prompt engineering and optimization
Query understanding and contextualization
Embedding generation (OpenAI, Cohere, Sentence Transformers, etc.)
Build RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector stores and cloud services
Evaluate LLM outputs for quality, relevance, and accuracy
Design scalable pipelines for:
Data ingestion and preprocessing
Feature engineering
Model inference and monitoring
Work with large-scale datasets and real-time data processing
Implement APIs to expose AI/ML models for downstream applications
Deploy AI/ML solutions on AWS using:
SageMaker for training and inference
Lambda, ECS/EKS, EC2 for services
S3, IAM, API Gateway, SQS/SNS
Containerize models using Docker and manage CI/CD pipelines
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI services
Define and track ML evaluation metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, F1, etc.)
Perform A/B testing and model performance analysis
Continuously optimize models based on data drift and business feedback
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine AI solutions
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or NLP
Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and GenAI applications
Experience building RAG architectures and AI APIs
Strong AWS experience (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, EC2, S3)
Experience with Docker and REST APIs (FastAPI/Flask)
Solid understanding of ML evaluation and experimentation
Preferred
Experience with LLMOps / MLOps practices
Knowledge of advanced NLP techniques
Exposure to multimodal AI (text, image, or audio)
Experience working with knowledge graphs or metadata-driven AI systems
