Responsibilities

Assist the Talent & Employer Branding Specialist with reviewing candidates for 30 Summer intern openings
Determining if candidates meet the minimum requirements for each posting
Phone screening candidates and determining if they should be moved forward to the next interview stage
Helping with Summer Internship program logistics as needed which could include e-mailing managers, IT equipment ordering, and event planning
Other small projects as assigned

Required

Experience in a Human Resource team setting
Ability to work with MS Office, Teams, and Bookings
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and mentor
A Maximum of 10 hours of availability per week
