Responsibilities
Assist in the management of technical projects covering cross functional teams, including technical project planning, monitoring and controlling the project performance
Assist the SDO Program Managers to implement portfolio, program and project management best practices
Communicate various report and project status, issues and risks timely to all stake holders, cross functional teams and managers
Help manage Change Control, Issues and Risks to ensure timely implementation of projects, to include carrying out risk assessments, identifying project roadblocks, and driving mitigations / solutions
Work as part of a cross-functional group to evolve the Project Management Methodologies and influence organizational process improvement
Contribute to development and maintenance of PMO standards, processes, and best practices
Assist with process improvement utilizing various tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
Qualification
Required
Senior year or recent graduate
Understanding of Project Management. Waterfall and Agile
Understanding of Cloud / IT operations, software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills including Excel
A high standard for work ethic and quality is required
Proficiency with full Microsoft Office suite
Preferred
Experience with ServiceNow
Experience with SAP
