Responsibilities

Consulting: Work with business clients to determine training and performance management needs
Identify and report the impacts of initiatives on overall performance and organizational effectiveness
Partner with diverse teams to develop and implement learning strategies to the extended enterprise
Report and evaluate training programs
Effective project/organization management, able to see strategic pictures and prioritize independently
Autonomously solve problems through critical thinking and implementing through resolution
Strong customer focus, anticipating customer needs and partnering to make decisions that have a positive impact

Required

Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in Training Design or at least 2 years of experience in Development Delivery or a combination
At least 2 years of experience in client consulting
At least 1 year of experience in Project or Program Management or a combination

Preferred

3+ years of experience in Training Design and Development Delivery
3+ years of experience in client consulting
2+ years of experience in project management
