$24/hr - $26/hrBridor North America is expanding in Salt Lake City with a brand-new industrial baking facility, and they are seeking a Sanitation Team Lead to ensure their production environment is clean, safe, and operating at the highest standards. This role is critical to maintaining food safety, equipment performance, and product quality.
Food Production
Responsibilities
Clean, sanitize, and maintain production equipment and tools according to established procedures
Wash and maintain equipment parts, plant workspaces, storage areas, and warehouses
Safely handle cleaning chemicals and use motorized sanitation equipment
Train new sanitation team members and ensure adherence to GMPs and food safety standards
Support production and quality teams as needed
Qualification
Required
Ability to work independently and in a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and BRC a plus
Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and working in noisy, cold, or flour-exposed environments
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; sanitation/chemical handling experience a plus
