Responsibilities
Evaluate current and emerging payment solutions to support informed decision making
Research payment products vendors and industry trends
Analyze costs risks operations customer impact and regulatory considerations
Prepare clear summaries and reports to guide leadership decisions
Support development and enhancement of payment products and services
Assist with demos evaluations planning and testing
Collaborate across teams to ensure operational readiness
Support rollout documentation and change management
Maintain accurate reporting and data that support the Bank’s payment strategy
Assist with data analysis and trend interpretation
Communicate data clearly and maintain organized documentation
Use data to support evaluation of customer impact and service performance
Work collaboratively with bankers operations and support teams
Communicate findings and support payment initiatives across the Bank
Promote awareness and understanding of payment changes and enhancements
Demonstrate professionalism confidentiality and strong service in all interactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree preferred in Business Finance Information Systems or related field
Knowledge of payment systems banking services or interest in financial services
Strong analytical research and data management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organization and initiative
High professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
