As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the primary care practice, you will support clinical and administrative operations, ensuring patients receive timely and coordinated care while serving as a point of contact for patients, families, and clinical staff.

Responsibilities
Triage incoming phone calls with professionalism, compassion, and clinical judgment
Order prescriptions and support medication coordination
Serve as a key liaison between physicians, patients, families, and administrative staff
Assist with administrative and operational tasks to maintain efficient practice workflows
Handle confidential medical information with discretion and sound judgment
Support a collaborative, patient-focused environment where teamwork is essential
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proven customer service skills within a healthcare setting
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with physicians, patients, and families
Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Outlook and healthcare-related systems and databases
Sound independent judgment and the ability to manage highly confidential information
Preferred
A minimum of one year experience in a Primary Care setting
