HCM Solutions Data Specialist
The University of Pittsburgh is seeking an HCM Solutions Data Specialist who will support Human Resources by maintaining accurate employee records and job postings. This role involves processing faculty and academic employee data and ensuring compliance with HR policies while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Processes and reviews faculty and academic employee data, approval workflows, and documentation for University employment-related actions, including new appointments, reappointments, transfers, new hires, promotions, leaves of absence/sabbaticals, salary changes, position changes, and terminations
Reviews data for accuracy of employee actions including supplemental payments, error reporting triage, and new hire integrations
Supports compliance efforts by following established HR policies and procedures, ensuring actions are processed accurately and efficiently. Assists with record audits and mandatory reports
Identifies and escalates system processing issues to appropriate team members, contributing to process improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience
Responds to routine inquiries and provides customer service support to clients from across the institution
Assists with data analysis, report preparation, and documenting procedures related to faculty and academic employee actions. This position provides an opportunity to develop operational expertise and knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Bachelor's Degree
No experience required
Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education and/or experience requirement
