Responsibilities

Manages IDN (Hospital System) Negotiation Hub process: pre-hub strategy meetings with data / dashboards sent to participating market and national teams, develops hub meetings agendas and ensures market teams identify top provider pain points so market / IDN workstream leads (e.g. UM, PPI) come prepared with potential solutions
Manages backlog of IDN contracts going through Hub and dashboard to track progress
Flags when deals are not aligned to IDN program standards, drive escalations and follow-ups
Collects feedback from market teams and Negotiation Hub participants to inform IDN Program development and evolution of CSA

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or related field
8+ years of contracting, network operations, hospital, or strategy experience
2+ years of project/people leadership
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and efficient

Preferred

Master's degree in business or related field
Track record of leading strategic meetings/discussions
Experience working with and influencing cross functional teams
