Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Engineers and Technicians, providing both technical direction and professional development
Review, manage, and track project timelines to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
Assess organizational capacity on an ongoing basis and address resource gaps or performance challenges
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, workflows, and team performance
Organize, secure, and maintain all departmental data, including technical documents and project information
Review and approve project scopes, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business objectives
Develop, manage, and maintain the departmental budget, including forecasting and resource planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related engineering or technical field
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and maintain a cohesive, collaborative, and productive team
Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation
