Responsibilities
Build and manage shoot timelines, call sheets, and production schedules
Source and coordinate locations, studios, permits, and insurance as needed
Book and coordinate crew (photographer, assistants, stylists, HMU, models)
Secure equipment, props, wardrobe logistics, and catering
Track production budgets, estimates, and approvals
Manage day-of shoot logistics and on-set coordination
Ensure crew adherence to schedule and run-of-show
Troubleshoot production issues in real time
Act as the main operational point of contact on set
Coordinate asset delivery timelines with photographer and retouching teams
Track selects, edits, retouching rounds, and final asset approvals
Ensure final assets are delivered to internal teams on time
Maintain production documents, contracts, and releases
Track invoices, payments, and production costs
Archive shoot files, credits, and usage documentation
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in photo production (fashion/apparel preferred)
Strong understanding of photoshoot workflows and timelines
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines simultaneously
Experience working with photographers, agencies, and freelance crews
Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and production tools
