Lead complex Salesforce Data 360 implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable and meet business objectives
Manage all project phases, from discovery to evolution, maintaining solution integrity throughout
Transform client goals into actionable technical architectures and data strategies
Collaborate with developers and data engineers to configure, test, and validate Data 360 use cases
Provide governance and thought leadership during implementation and post-launch optimization
Resolve issues related to data ingestion, mapping, and harmonization for seamless integration
Engage with client stakeholders to simplify complex data concepts into business-friendly terms
Support pre-sales efforts through solution scoping and crafting RFP responses
Qualification

Proven track record in leading multi-phase enterprise Data 360 implementations in regulated industries
Hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce Data 360, including data modeling and activation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, bridging business and technical aspects effectively
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or life sciences sectors
Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data interoperability standards
Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various organizational levels
