Responsibilities
Manage planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of repaint and maintenance coating projects
Conduct site assessments and prepare accurate scopes, estimates, and budgets
Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and productivity
Communicate with clients, facility managers, and general contractors throughout the project
Maintain daily documentation, progress tracking, and project closeout deliverables
Able to process high-volume data with accuracy
Computer savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel; CMIC
Superior math and numerical skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial/industrial painting, coatings, or construction project management
Strong knowledge of coatings, surface preparation, and application processes
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Osha 30 ,Ariel Equipment certifications are a plus
Able to process high-volume data with accuracy
