Responsibilities
Compound essential oils and prepare finished samples
Fill raw material samples according to paperwork and process them in the inventory system
Handle sample requests, print labels, and deliver samples to the shipping department
Maintain stock of sample bottles and ensure a clean, safe work area in compliance with GMP standards
Participate in cross-training programs (sample shipping, compounding, sampling, and packing)
Collaborate with team members to solve problems, improve processes, and support other departments as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic math, reading, and computer skills; ability to read and understand English
Familiarity with safety protocols and GMP standards
Ability to use a scale with 0.001 g accuracy and weigh small amounts precisely
Understanding of the metric system and weight conversions
Ability to safely handle containers weighing 25 kg, 50 kg, 100 kg, and 180 kg
Safety and quality-focused mindset
Preferred
Logistics or chemical lab experience is a plus
Resourceful and proactive mindset
Passionate about continuous learning and development
Adaptable and resilient in dynamic lab environments
